Location was good. Hotel stuff was very nice. The room was clean. There was TV in our room.
The room was very small: there wasn't place for two suitcases. Water pressure was low in the shower. Cleaning woman hasn't washed up our glasses for 5 days of our staying.
Nothing, an awful place.
They tried to make us pay twice for the same room - they have already taken the money from my credit card and wanted us to pay the second time we arrived. When we wanted to let our luggage in the hotel, a very unfriendly hostess told us to let them just in the passage. but after we saw, that they do have a special luggage room. The room was not really tidy. Never go to this hotel again.
Lovely breafast and nice staff
Well located, friendly staff, french breakfast. Value for money.
Rooms could be refreshed (walls a bit dirty)
Good location; an elevator; a bathtub instead of just a shower.
Hotel mic, murdar, cu camere foarte mici, baie cu igrasie, chiuveta infundata- curatenia lasa mult de dorit. In schimb e bine amplasat
Good location, calm, friendly staff
Horrible.. Very old Hotel. Everything's old. Small rooms, poor breakfast. There was not hot water for the next person in the bathroom, only one can take a warm shower. Price does not match the quality. It is not a 3* Hotel, even not a 2*
Wifi was great. Bathroom was large by European standards.
Were given twin beds instead of one full size. Elevator extremely small. Hallway from elevator almost non-existant. Breakfast was inadequate. Staff was not friendly but helpful.
This hotel certainly wouldn't win any beauty contests but for the price paid, it isn't too bad for budget travellers. Free wi-fi, air- conditioning, three English speaking questions, a fridge and a toaster at breakfast - all things which I didn't experience at other hotels. Only 5 mins from Galeries La Fayette. Closer walks to two metro lines.
I found the hotel staff quite rude and particularly unwelcome, a complete contrast to the second hotel I stayed at in Paris. One for budget travellers only.
No hot water, very expensive. How can they have 3 stars; 2 stars would be fair enough!
The staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to help me and to be accomodating. They were very friendly and courteous and top shelf in my book and I am very picky
I had some problems finding it but once I got that down I enjoyed it
Even that Booked.net mentiones that you can have an extra bed. The hotel's staff give us a very bad time arguing that they do not provide that service without direct contact. Meaning if you want an extra bed and you request it through the Booked.net does not mean anything for them. You need to call them and-or email them and then wait for confirmation because they do not read any extra requests from the website.
I asked for change a room - and staf was change a room
The hotel site looks less presentable than in the pictures. The room and the bathroom are small. Even the door glasses are not clean. It looks like the hotel is not really being maintained very well. Just don't rely too much on the pictures.
It was very quiet, being situated in a private lane without traffic. The location was very handy to public transport, the big stores and Montmartre. The water was blissfully hot
Breakfast could have been more plentiful in what was offered; there wasn't much choice
